I want you to love your order. If there’s any issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- I may be able to accept returns or exchanges on non‑personalised items if they are unused and in their original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Personalised items (including names or custom designs) are non‑returnable, but if anything isn’t right, I’ll always work with you to make it perfect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me with photos within 7 days of delivery so I can put things right quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun.
